Over the past 30 years, Len has tirelessly worked with and effectively assisted numerous clients in Rhode Island and Massachusetts in a variety of different legal areas. Len also uses his fluency in the languages of Portuguese and Spanish to advocate on behalf of a broad spectrum of clients from the Latin and Luso American communities. He routinely handles cases involving Workers’ Compensation in Rhode Island and Massachusetts for individuals who have suffered injuries on the job. He also prepares and litigates Motor Vehicle Accidents and other types of Personal Injury claims. Len assists clients with claims for Social Security Disability (SSDI) and Social Security Supplementary Income (SSI). He also counsels clients in the areas of Bankruptcy, Wills, Trusts, and Estate Planning. Len was an owner and partner in Audette, Cordeiro & Violette, PC.

Before starting his own law practice with The Law Office of Leonard M. Cordeiro, PC., in 2020 Len earned his Juris Doctor from Suffolk University Law School in Boston in 1991, where he was awarded the “Best Brief” in the Justice Tom C. Clark Moot Court Competition. He is a graduate of the College of Holy Cross in Worcester, Massachusetts. Len is a member of the American Association for Justice (AAJ), the Rhode Island Association for Justice (RIAJ), the Rhode Island Bar Association Workers’ Compensation Bench Bar Committee, and the Portuguese American Federation. He is a member of the Rhode Island and Massachusetts Bar Associations. Len resides in Rehoboth, MA with his wife and their son.
